The Spirit of La Bussola, Reborn
Founded in 1976 by Sergio Bernardini — the impresario behind the legendary La Bussola nightclub in nearby Focette — Bussoladomani was once the largest tensile-roofed theatre in Italy and brought Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Miles Davis and Mina to the Versilia coast. Restored by the Municipality of Camaiore, the 75,000 m² park now hosts up to 30,000 spectators for concerts and is the home of the La Prima Estate festival.
The 2026 summer brings Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds to Lido di Camaiore.
Reach the park by train to Viareggio or Pietrasanta plus taxi, or by car via the A11/A12 Versilia exit. Versilia summer dates sell out fast.
