Estadio Shakira is a temporary stadium raised on the grounds of Iberdrola Music, the large open-air events site in Madrid's Villaverde district, to host Shakira's 2026 residency — the closing chapter of her world tour. Designed by the Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the pop-up venue holds around 50,000 people per night and anchors Macondo Park, a temporary cultural village of music, gastronomy, art and Latin programming built around the stadium.

Eleven concerts are scheduled between 18 September and 11 October 2026, an unusual format for Spain: rather than touring stadiums, the production builds its own and stays put.

Inside the stadium

The layout combines about 30,000 places in tiered stands with roughly 20,000 on the arena floor, plus hospitality areas, in a bowl shaped for full visibility of the stage. Exact zone names and maps are published per date by the event organization.

Getting there

The site sits at Calle Laguna Dalga in Villaverde, south of central Madrid. On the Cercanías rail network, San Cristóbal Industrial (line C-3) is about a ten-minute walk, and Villaverde Alto serves lines C-4 and C-5. On the metro, San Cristóbal and Villaverde Alto on line 3 are the nearest stations, roughly 15–20 minutes on foot. EMT bus lines 22, 79 and T41 stop nearby, with night bus N14 running along the Cibeles–Villaverde Alto corridor after late shows.
