Mariah Carey Abu Dhabi

Mariah Carey Abu Dhabi Tickets 2026 – Christmastime

Christmas arrives in Abu Dhabi with one of the most recognisable voices in pop music. On Saturday, December 12, 2026, Mariah Carey brings her Christmastime concert to Etihad Arena on Yas Island, presenting a special festive production built around her Christmas catalogue and international hits.

The concert offers audiences in the UAE the chance to experience All I Want for Christmas Is You as part of a live Christmas celebration, alongside music spanning Carey's remarkable career.

Following her appearances in Abu Dhabi earlier in 2026 and in 2024, the singer returns with a different kind of show, featuring seasonal arrangements, elaborate staging and the songs that have made her a defining voice of the holiday season.

Mariah Carey Abu Dhabi tickets are available to explore, with seating options for the December performance at Etihad Arena.

Mariah Carey's Christmastime at Etihad Arena

Unlike a conventional greatest-hits concert, Mariah Carey's Christmastime places her Christmas music at the centre of the performance.

The production celebrates the catalogue that began with her 1994 album Merry Christmas, which introduced All I Want for Christmas Is You. Originally released more than three decades ago, the single has become one of the most successful Christmas recordings in music history, returning to international charts every holiday season.

Her festive repertoire extends well beyond that signature song. During her 2025 Christmas residency in Las Vegas, performances featured Oh Santa!, Christmas (Baby Please Come Home), Christmas Time Is in the Air Again, Joy to the World and When Christmas Comes.

Those concerts also incorporated major pop and R&B hits, including Fantasy, Hero, Always Be My Baby and We Belong Together.

The exact repertoire for Abu Dhabi has not been announced, but the Christmastime format brings together her holiday recordings and selections from her wider discography.

A New Chapter in Mariah Carey's Career

The Abu Dhabi performance follows another active period for the five-time Grammy Award winner.

In September 2025, Carey released Here for It All, her sixteenth studio album, featuring Type Dangerous, Sugar Sweet and collaborations with Anderson .Paak, Kehlani and Shenseea.

Music from the album appeared in her 2025 Las Vegas Christmas performances, including In Your Feelings and Jesus I Do, alongside established favourites.

Her ability to move between contemporary R&B, powerful ballads and festive music remains central to her live performances. The Christmastime concert offers a particularly distinctive way to experience those different sides of her catalogue.

Mariah Carey Returns to Abu Dhabi

The December concert marks Carey's third Abu Dhabi appearance in three years and her second visit to the UAE capital in 2026.

On February 7, 2026, she performed at Saadiyat Nights, delivering a concert featuring Emotions, Dreamlover, Touch My Body, Fantasy, Hero and other favourites.

She previously opened the Saadiyat Nights concert series on January 6, 2024, performing at an outdoor venue on Saadiyat Island.

Her December appearance moves the experience indoors to Etihad Arena, with a production specifically designed around the Christmas season rather than her usual concert repertoire.

Etihad Arena, Yas Island

Located on the Yas Bay waterfront, Etihad Arena is one of Abu Dhabi's leading indoor entertainment venues, hosting major international concerts, sporting events and large-scale productions.

The multipurpose arena can accommodate up to 18,000 guests depending on the event configuration. Its flexible layout allows different stage arrangements and seating configurations, making it suitable for a production combining live music with extensive visual staging.

Yas Island is also one of Abu Dhabi's principal entertainment destinations, with hotels, restaurants and attractions around the waterfront.

For visitors travelling from elsewhere in the UAE or internationally, the venue provides an opportunity to combine the concert with a stay in Abu Dhabi.
