Rammstein, literally translated as “ramming stone” is the German Neue Deutsche Härte band founded in Berlin in 1994. The band’s lineup includes vocalist Till Lindemann, lead guitarist Richard Kruspe, rhythm guitarist Paul Landers, bassist Oliver Riedel, drummer Christoph Schneider and keyboardist Christian “Flake” Lorenz. The method of song creation has not changed, including Lindemann’s creation and singing of lyrics on instrumental works completed by other members of the band.
