Maneskin, among the 15 most listened to artists in the world on Spotify with more than 50 million monthly listeners and over 2 billion and a half total streams on all digital platforms, today announced a special concert-event in the prestigious and historic setting of the Circus Maximus in Rome, scheduled for Saturday, July 9, 2022. The tour in the arenas, scheduled for this winter and next year, is officially sold out.

After climbing the international charts, Måneskin return triumphant in the city where they were born, for a precious date in one of the most popular venues ever: the Circus Maximus in Rome, a few minutes from Via del Corso, the scene of live performances in the street that marked their first steps. The announcement came during the event of assignment to the band of the honor “Lupa Capitolina”, the highest Roman recognition for distinguished persons who have distinguished themselves in the field of culture and society, previously already awarded to names such as Gigi Proietti, Paolo Sorrentino, Nino Manfredi, Renato Zero, Laura Biagiotti, Ezio Bosso, Giorgio Armani and recently the Italian national team winner of the UEFA Euro 2020 Championship together with the technical commissioner Roberto Mancini, as well as international personalities such as Woody Allen, Richard Gere, Ridley Scott, Meryl Streep.

Victoria, Damiano, Thomas and Ethan broke all records by conquering the first position of Spotify’s Top 50 Global Chart with the song “Beggin’” and becoming the first Italian band in history with two singles simultaneously in the UK Singles Chart, currently at position #5 and #7. Their latest video “I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE”, presented with a world premiere on YouTube, has obtained in just 24 hours 6.7 million views, an incredible result that establishes a new Italian record on the platform.

The well-deserved triumph of these months will turn into an exceptional tour that will see them on the stages of the most important European festivals during the summer of 2021 and that of 2022, alongside the big names in world music. The first dates (calendar in updating) will be held at Lokerse Festival in Lokeren (Belgium, Thursday, August 5, 2021), at Rock For People in Prague (Czech Republic, Friday, August 13, 2021), at Ronquières Festival in Braine-Le-Comte (Belgium, Saturday, August 14, 2021), at Open’er Park in Gdynia (Poland, Thursday, August 19, 2021), at Paaspop Festival in Schijndel (Netherlands, Saturday, September 4, 2021) and at Novarock Pilot Festival in Vienna (Austria, Saturday, September 11, 2021). Already announced also some European stages of 2022, with the Rock Am Ring in Nurburgring and Rock Im Park in Zeppelinfeld (Germany, respectively Saturday 4 and Sunday, June 5, 2022) and the Tons of Rock in Haiden (Norway, Friday, June 24, 2022).

In addition to embracing the beloved international audience that cheers them loudly, Måneskin will perform for the first time in the main Italian arenas with a tour of 13 dates (organized and produced by Vivo Concerti) all sold out, scheduled for this winter and next year in the palasport of Rome (Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 December 2021 at the Palazzo dello Sport), Milan (Saturday 18 and Sunday, December 19, 2021 and March 22, 2022 at the Mediolanum Forum), Casalecchio di Reno (BO) (Sunday, March 20, 2022 at the Unipol Arena), Naples (Saturday, March 26 and Sunday, March 27, 2022 at the PalaPartenope), Florence (Thursday, March 31 and Friday, April 1 at the Nelson Mandela Forum), Turin (Sunday, April 3 at the Pala Alpitour), Bari (Friday, April 8 at the PalaFlorio), Verona (Saturday, April 23, at the opening of the season of major Concert 2022 at the Arena), in addition to the concert event on Saturday, July 9, 2022 in the symbol of Rome par excellence: the Circus Maximus, an event realized in collaboration with Rock In Roma.
